JORDAN WATSON WIRE TO WIRE IN AC DELCO MODS

In the 15-lap AC Delco feature Jordan Watson took the lead from the drop of the green. Jeff Coffey worked by Scott Hitchens to take second. Joe Tracy dropped Hitchens to fourth on lap four. The first yellow was out on lap seven when Herbie Hempel came to a stop. On the restart, Coffey made a bid for the lead on the inside but Watson was able to hold him off.

The final yellow came with one to go when Nick Nash came to a stop. Watson was able to hold off Coffey for the one lap dash and took his sixth win and extended his point lead. Coffey finished a strong second with Tracy third. Fourth went to Hitchens and fifth to Trent Willey who also set fast time in qualifying.
