JOHN STEVENSON ENDS MEL JOSEPH'S STREAK IN LITTLE LINCOLN VINTAGE

The first lap of the 12-lap Little Linclon Vintage feature got off to a rocky start when Mike Pachett failed to come up to speed and came to a stop just before the flag stand. On the restart, John Stevenson drove by Ryan Walsen to take the lead. Mel Joseph, Jr. took second from Kirk Lawson just past halfway and began to cut away at Stevenson’s advantage. Just as it looked like Joseph would catch the leader, Joseph began to slow with the white flag waving. Stevenson would drive to the win, his first of the season with Lawson second and Joseph limping across in third.

Little Lincoln Finish: 1. John Stevenson; 2. Kirk Lawson; 3. Mel Joseph, Jr.; 4. Ryan Walsen; 5. Bunky White; 6. Joe Tracy; 7. Mike Patchett; 8. Tom Elliott.DSC00974
